GreyStone Power will follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s pandemic guidance as the co-op reopens its headquarters to the public with stringent modifications designed to protect our members and employees. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our walk-in representatives will serve visitors to our office by appointment only; no one will be seen without an appointment. To set an appointment, please complete the fields below and click Submit.

Once submitted, you will receive the first of two confirmation texts to which you must respond, either with “y” if you intend to keep this appointment, or “x” to cancel it.

The second confirmation text will be sent within 24 hours of your appointment and must also be confirmed.

On the day of and at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment, park on the top level of our parking deck and remain in your vehicle until we send a text to your mobile phone. The text message will provide instructions on how to enter the building.

We will conduct a touch-free temperature check and provide hand sanitizer. Wearing a mask will be required upon entry to the building. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you.
